Our tickets are now sent digitally by E ticket. E Tickets should arrive in your inbox shortly after you complete your order. A PDF should be attached - this is your tickets. Please keep an eye on your junk folder, as they do sometimes land here depending on your security settings.
If your E tickets don't arrive, please check you've used the correct email address on your account - you can view this by logging into your account. If you still don't receive them, please call us on 0161 876 2000, or email email@example.com with your order number and we can look at the booking.
