The Lowry offers ticket insurance through our 3rd party provider: Secure My Booking, one of the largest agents in ticketing insurance. This service offers customers peace of mind when booking. The program ensures that customers who cannot attend an event will be reimbursed the full cost of their ticket purchase, including all fees and additional items purchased at the same time as the tickets.

What does it cover?
From traffic delays, illness, adverse weather conditions, strikes, accidents and more, it’s easy for you to apply for a refund. For just a fraction of the cost of your tickets, you will be able to recoup 100% of the paid ticket price (including fulfilment and administration fees) if you are unable to make it to your event for one or more of the reasons set out in their terms and conditions.
The insurance currently covers you for COVID-19, if you have a positive PCR test. Please note the insurance doesn't cover the cost if you simply change your mind.
