E-tickets will be sent to the email address used to make your booking, as an attachment to your confirmation email. Please do keep an eye on your junk folder, as they do sometimes head there.
We are only able to post tickets for group bookings of 20 or more. These are automatically sent to the lead booker, to the address listed on their account.
Please note that if your event is within 10 days you will need to collect your tickets from our box office counter. We are open 2 hours before the start of each performance.
You can also view all your bookings and have your e-tickets reissued by logging into your account via our website.
